This blog will serve as a record of what I suspect to be a Pan Handling group in Columbia, MO. My feelings are that it is utterly deplorable that these people present themselves as needy individuals and use that image to prey on the kindness of strangers by manipulating their emotions.
I will be taking pictures of these individuals and posting them here with the day they were spotted, the time, and their location. Any submissions to this blog are welcome, please send me a message with the appropriate information and a picture or description of which member of the group you saw.
Eventually, I will be arranging the information to try to determine their patterns and favorite locations.
